Join Chiara Shannon of Mindful Wine and Cori Lassahn of Vineyard Yoga SYV for a blissful day of yoga and wine tasting at beautiful Vega Vineyard and Farm in Santa Barbara Wine Country.
Our day begins with 1-hour yoga class overlooking the vines, followed by guided mindful wine tasting to awaken the senses while inspiring gratitude, appreciation and joy.
