Field Trip: A Day at Ambyth Estate

Join Chiara in Paso Robles for day of mindfulness, wine and relaxation at Ambyth Estate. 

Meet Ambyth family winegrowers Gelert and Robyn Hart, and discover an enchanting slice of magic in the heart of Paso Robles Wine Country. Ambyth is Paso Robles' first Demeter Certified Biodyamic winery, specializing in naturally made, dry-farmed wines from Biodynamically grown grapes. 

With Chiara as your guide, you will be welcomed to  this peaceful setting with a series of mindfulness practices designed to calm the mind, deepen awareness, and enhance appreciation. From there, it's off to walk the vineyards with the Hart family, who will take you behind the scenes of this remarkable living wine farm. With wine glass in hand, a nourishing lunch accompanied by a rainbow of natural wines in the shade of oak trees completes the day.
